Born in Trenton, NJ, the daughter of the late Beatrice T. and John R. Martin. She moved to Bucks County with her husband, John Barry Jamieson, and family in 1963 and resided here for 61 years. She was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish in Fairless Hills where she was a proud member of the Church Choir. Mrs. Jamieson was a graduate of Saint Francis Nursing School in 1960 and spent the next 40 years as a Registered Nurse in the Labor, Delivery, Nursery Unit at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, NJ. She especially loved her work in the Nursery and was always the go to person for questions on childcare in our family. Margaret’s greatest achievement and joy was her family, especially her thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Beloved wife of 59 years to the late John “Barry” Jamieson Mrs. Jamieson is the loving mother of John Brian Jamieson (Laura), Beth Anne Rankin (Arthur), Susan Lynn Reichert (Doug), and Kristen Leigh O'Shea (Carey). She was the proud grandmother of Jenna (Colin), Lauren (Matt), Erica (Seth), Casey, Nicole, Connor, Julia, Alexandra, Kayleigh, Lyla, Brenna, Jamieson, and Kieran, and great-grandchildren Matthew, Luke, Rory, Margot, Grace, and Charlotte. Margaret is also survived by her brother, John Martin (Mary Jo), and her sister, Anne Marie Hladun (Walter) and many nieces and nephews.
