Linda Ann Wise

Linda Ann Wise passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 67, after a brave battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loved ones who will continue to keep her vibrant and caring spirit alive. She was a long-time resident of Fallsington, PA. Linda was born in Philadelphia, PA to John Wylie and Charlotte Gehring Wylie. She graduated from George Washington High School in 1973 and went on to a career in real estate.

Linda was an avid beachgoer, spending countless summer days in Seaside Park, NJ with her friends and loved ones. She enjoyed her nonpareils on the boardwalk and soaking up the sun.

Anyone who had the pleasure of attending one of Linda’s famous get-togethers knows that she was truly “the hostess with the most-est”. Entertaining friends and family brought her so much joy. She was ever welcoming and truly the life of the party.

Linda is survived by her husband, Lynn Wise; her daughters Kimberly Ray of Yardley, Megan (Eric) Vornhold of Langhorne; and her son, Matthew Wise of Fallsington. Her siblings, John Wylie, Robert (Darlene) Wylie and Lori Serina. Her beloved grandchildren Gregory (Tom), Karlee, Alyn, Riley, Shane and Jake; and her beloved dog, Marley.

A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. A service will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home located at 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.
