Karen J. Coley

Karen J. Coley passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Reading at the age of 67.Born and raised in Levittown, Karen was a 1968 graduate of Pennsbury High School. She went on to graduate from Bucks County Technical School with a degree in graphic design and spent her career working as a freelance graphic designer for many years.Karen loved flowers and cherished family trips to the beach in Sea Isle City, NJ, but her proudest moments were spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.She was the loving mother of Jeffrey Coley (Rita), Ami Castagna (John), Brad Coley (Erin) and Amanda Ford (Corey) and beloved daughter of Joan and the late Robert Cunliffe. Karen was the devoted sister of Diane Shelmet (Joe), Robert Cunliffe, Jr. (Robin), Gail Ross and Mark Cunliffe (Sally). She will be deeply missed by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and many cherished friends.Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Interment will be held privately.Memorial contributions in Karen's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1500 Monument Rd., Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, Pa 19004.
