Joseph T. Whinney of Morrisville died on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. He was 48.Born and raised in Bucks County, Joseph has been a life long resident of Morrisville. He attended St. John the Evangelist grade school and then graduated from Holy Ghost Prep and LaSalle University.Joseph began his working career as a revenue officer with the IRS and has been with Pacaar Financial for the past 15 years.He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed football and basketball.Joseph is the loving son of Joseph M. and June (Wagner) Whinney and the dear brother of Christopher (Heather Thrush). He is the devoted uncle Pomee Therese.He will also missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 until 11 a.m. on Tuesday at St. John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Rd., Morrisville where his funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment is private.
