Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA, to parents Joseph Fiocca Sr. and Marie Fiocca (nee Costello). He graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School. Joe was employed as a machine operator for over 30 years at Wonder Bread/Hostess Baking Company. Joe enjoyed spending time with family, golfing and bowling, participating in several leagues.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Kathleen Fiocca (nee Chestnut), his youngest daughter Karen Fiocca, his parents Joseph and Marie, and his sisters Virgina Perry (Thomas Sr.) and France Carmody (Jack).
Joe is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Lynch (John), his grandchildren Johnny and Julia Lynch, his niece Donna Carmody, and nephews Steve and Mike Perry.
A viewing for Joe will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM, 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, and burial at 12:00 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020.
