John N. Cipollone John N. Cipollone passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, August 18, 2013. He was 84. Born on June 14, 1929 in Blythedale, PA, he was the son of the late Nazarene and Juliette (Martucci) Cipollone. Mr. Cipollone attended McKeesport High School and served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was employed with US Steel Clairton Works and then transferred to Fairless Works National Tube Division for 40 years. Mr. Cipollone worked as a Falls Township Code Enforcement Officer and for the Falls Township Fire Police and served as a Crossing Guard for the Pennsbury School District. He operated his own business, "Cip's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service". Mr. Cipollone was an honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph the Worker Council 4215 and American Legion Post 834. He was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, Fairless Hills. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, bowler and dancer. Mr. Cipollone was a beloved husband, father, grandfather who will be sadly missed. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Stella (Klus); his children, Camille Shelhamer and her husband, Robert; Vincent and his wife, Melodie and Christopher and his wife Rosemary; his grandchildren, John, Matthew, Eric, Mike, Aaron, Stacy, Julia, Mary Kate and Gabriel; his and his sisters, Rita Branca, Virginia Mihalic and Mary Carney. Mr. Cipollone was preceded in death by his grandson, Thomas and his brothers, Dominic and James. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, August 21, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and again on Thursday, August 22, 8:30 until 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 South Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, where his funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 22, at 9:30 am. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contibutions may be made to Saint Frances Cabrini Church at the above address.
