My deepest sympathies to Jessica’s family. 🙏
I only knew her from saying hello when she was running with her dog and kids in our neighborhood! 
I would always say God Bless you ! She always smiled and say thank you ! 
I just found out from a church member who Jessica  was and that she lived in the neighborhood!

So sorry for this loss. You were a valued coworker. I pray you get justice for this tragedy. Was so avoidable. Prayers to the family in this difficult time. 🙏

I last saw Jess when the RiverLine hosted the Corporate Watch meeting and we had a chance to talk prior to the start of the meeting. For two years now I have been riding the riverline to work and I always admired seeing her operating the train. I thought that was a brave thing to do. I am saddened by her death and I pray for the boys and rest of the family to be comforted  at this  time. R. I. P Jessica.

I will forever remember Jessie and I being the only girls who played football with the boys at John Fitch recess. She was a great classmate. I pray she feels the love surrounding her and her family during this time.

Jessica was a sweetheart. She trained me at work for a little while and we recognized that we were both Virgo’s (the best sign)  … my condolences to her loved ones .. she will be missed

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Margaret and David Blizzard Sr.; paternal grandparents, Delia and Leo Haley Jr.; her uncles, Dave Blizzard Jr., Ricky Rae Haley; and her aunt, Patti Morrisey.
