Jane L. Morgan

Jane L. Morgan, of Levittown, died on August 21 at Chandler Hall Hospice at the age of 62. Born in Spangler, PA, Jane has been a resident of Levittown since 1983. She was a newspaper carrier for 17 years for both the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Bucks County Courier Times until she retired in 2003. Jane enjoyed reading, she loved doing hand quilting and was an avid Phillies fan. Mrs. Morgan was the beloved mother of the late Amy Janel Morgan. She was the loving wife for 42 years of James Morgan. She is survived by her devoted children Terrance J. Morgan and his wife Carla of Menasha, Wisconsin and Kara L. Murr and her husband Timothy of Levittown. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jessica, Brandon and Richard Morgan and three nieces. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 12 to 1 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her memorial service will be held at 1 pm. Rite of Committal will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
