Langhorne- Jaki Mason, beloved wife, mother, and Nonna passed away at her home surrounded by her family on November 19, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 41 years, Patrick Mason, Sr.; their sons Patrick Mason Jr. ( Christina), Todd Mason (Kiersten), and Lee Mason ( Kimberly); as well as her 6 beautiful grandchildren; Angelina "Nina" Jackson (Jax), Maxim (Max), Gianna (GiGi), Fiona (Fi), and Stone. She is preceded in death by her parents Pat and Harriett Angelo and brother Vincent Angelo.
Jaki was born in Pittston, Pa on September 6, 1959, grew up in Levittown and moved into their forever home in Langhorne in 1994. She was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and Bucks County Community College where she acquired her associates degree in Fine Arts and applied that to her career as a Certified nail art technician, where she made lifelong friends in her clients. She worked as an administrator for several cosmetology schools in the area and was most recently a service coordinator at KE Siefert in Langhorne. She cherished the friendships she made through the years with her co-workers.
Outside of work, Jaki's favorite hobbies were cheering on her children and grandchildren at local sporting events, especially rugby and baseball. She also enjoyed having tea parties with her granddaughters complete with fascinators and gloves. Jaki had a passion for coordinating gatherings of any type with former classmates and friends, hosting dinner parties at her home and many trips to Longwood Gardens and New York City at Christmas time. Any time spent and memories made with her life-long friends was held dearly to her. She enjoyed winning many card, scrabble and backgammon games against her husband and challenging her family at Wii bowling. She was a die hard Philly Sports fan regardless of their record.
Jaki was a selfless and loving Wife, Mother and Nonna who will be deeply missed.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday November 26, 2021 from 1:00 until 4:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, located at 2200 Trenton Rd. Levittown, Pa 19056. Rite of Committal at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem will be held privately at a later date.
