Helen M. Dornisch Helen M. Dornisch, a resident of Pennswood Village in Newtown, died on Saturday, October 29, 2011. She was 89. Born and raised in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, Mrs. Dornisch was a long time resident of Bensalem before moving to Newtown in 1998. She was employed with AT&T in Fort Washington for many years until retiring in 1984. Mrs. Dornisch was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and the Bell Telephone Pioneers where she volunteered in many outreach programs. Mrs. Dornisch was the beloved wife of the late James M. Dornisch. She was the loving mother of Maryann Imbriani of Ponte Verde Beach, FL, Jack Dornisch of Churchville, Regina DiAngelo of Hulmeville, Eileen Austin of Crystal River, FL and Jim Dornisch of Mount Holly, NJ. She was a devoted grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 13. Helen was the last survivor of 10 children and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:15 until 9:15 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Ephrem Church followed by Rite of Committal in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
