Helen Corning

She was born on June 24, 1930 in Bristol, PA to Robert and Margaret Bowe. She was a graduate of the original St. Mark School. She resided in Bristol until 1955 when she moved to Levittown, PA.

Helen spent many years volunteering at Lower Bucks Hospital gift shop and child care in the infant room. She was also an active member of St. Michael the Archangel for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband Matthew B. Corning Jr., daughter-in-law Debbie Berk-Corning and grandson Peter Williams.

She will be sadly missed by her sons Matthew III and Mark [Karen]; grandchildren: Natalie [Matt], Mark Jr, Matthew IV, Terry, Tina, Maria, Alexandria; great-grandchildren: Matthew Jr, Danny, Brady, Brian, Meghan and Emily.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment will be held privately.
