Gary Paul Lorio, Sr.

Gary P. Lorio, Sr. Gary P. Lorio, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at the home of his son. He was 52 years old. Early in his career Gary worked at Kelsey-Hayes Heintz as a quality control inspector. He later found his passion working as an animal behaviorist and dedicated his life to the health and well being of animals. In 2004, Gary became a Master Mason of the F & AM Frankford Lodge 292. In 2007 he became a 32nd Degree Mason of the Scottish Rite. Gary enjoyed being outdoors. He had a love for all nature, including fishing, but most especially animals. Gary loved his sons very much and spent many years making memories with them. Loving and devoted father of Gary P. of Levittown and Stephen G. of Langhorne, Gary was the dear brother of Janice Schenk (Jack), Barbara Yodis (Vince) and Paul Lorio, Jr. (Sue). He will also be sadly missed by his granddog, Bowser, his former wife, Kathryn (Coppens) Lorio, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Carole Brakmann. Family and friends are invited to his Graveside Service on Saturday, 12:00 noon at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem.
