Gary J. Goodwin

Gary J. Goodwin Gary J. Goodwin passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He was 64. Born in Trenton, NJ, the son of the late Mae (Clark) and William Goodwin, Gary has been a longtime Lower Bucks County resident. He was a 1968 graduate of Bishop Egan High School. Gary worked for Conrail/Norfolk Southern Rail for 33 years prior to his retirement. He coached fastpitch softball for various teams throughout Bucks County including Middletown Athletic Association, Bristol Township Lucky Ladies and Conwell Egan Catholic High School. Beloved husband of Margaret (Green), Gary is the loving father of Kimberly Condo (Jeffrey), Tiffany Trunell (Kevin Gowen) and Nicole Colgan (Edward). He will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jenna, Nina, Katie, Nicholas Condo, Brian, Emma, Luke Trunell and Edward, Reagan and Reece Colgan. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 6:30 pm. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Gary's name may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis National Society, 30 South 17th Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
