Elsie M. Burke of Philadelphia passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. She was 90.Mrs. Burke was a life long resident of Philadelphia.Beloved wife of the late Richard M. Burke, Mrs. Burke is the loving mother of Marybeth Sutter (Raymond), Joseph M. Burke (Emiko), Kathryn Pedrick, James M. Burke and the late Richard Burke. She is the devoted grandmother of Jeffrey, Matthew, Toki, Jennifer, Brian, Michael, Christopher, and the late RJ and the great grandmother of Chase and Liam. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
