Elizabeth B. Lorenzo

Elizabeth B. Lorenzo Elizabeth B. Lorenzo died on Monday, January 16, 2012 at Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. She was 81. Born in Paterson, NJ, Mrs. Lorenzo was a resident of Bensalem since 1976. She was a member of Saint Ephrem Church, where she served as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. Mrs. Lorenzo enjoyed volunteering her time at the Saint Katharine Drexel Shrine. She was an avid Phillies fan and enjoyed attending their Spring training in Florida with her family. Until her retirement in 1999, Mrs. Lorenzo was a Tax Examiner for the IRS for 30 years. Beloved wife of the late, Augustine J. Sr. and mother of the late Joseph J. and Christoper, Mrs. Lorenzo is survived by her children, Augustine J. Jr. (Linda), Anne Harris, Beth Jackson (Jim), Peg Schneider (Dan) and Mark (Kerri). She was the sister of James Burrows, Ann Clark (Herb) and Peg Bennett (Edwin). She will also be sadly missed by her 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, 9:30 until 10:30 am at Saint Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Saint Katharine Drexel Shrine, 1663 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020.
