Eleanor Jean (Wiley) Savage died on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Lower Bucks Hospital. She was 76. Jean was born in Mahanoy City, the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Walukonis)and Richard Wiley. She was an original Levittown homeowner and founding member of Immaculate Conception BVM Church. Jean enjoyed traveling cross country and to Florida with her husband, but every trip had to end with a stop in Atlantic City. She was a member of the Oxford Valley and Croydon Seniors and enjoyed bingo. Beloved wife of the late Carl Savage, Sr., Jean is survived by her loving children, Corky Savage (Linda) of Fairless Hills; Barbara Zigler (Bart) of Willow Grove; and Debbie Massie (Russ) of Levittown. She will also be sadly missed by her 6 grandchildren, Melissa (Ron); Derrick (Becky); Christina (Ryan); Marc; Daryl and Alan; her 3 great grandchildren, Nick, Ava and Damien; her sisters, Pat Donetti of Schuylkill Haven, Ruth James of Frackville and Cathy Walsh of Las Vegas and her brother, Richard Wylie of of Brandonville. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and again on Monday from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown 19056. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, at 10:30 am at Immaculate Conception BVM Church, 5201 Emilie Road, Levittown 19057. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
