Edward Joseph Rozick, a long time resident of Fairless Hills, PA, was guided by the angels to heaven on Thursday May 31, 2012. He was 71. Son of the late Joseph and Mary Rozick of Donora, PA and brother of the late Ronald and Charles Rozick, he is survived by his loving and adoring wife of 47 years Carole Gerard-Rozick and three children Gregory and Pamela Rozick of Pennington, NJ, Joseph and Amy Rozick of Parker, Colorado , and Suzanne Rozick-Gould and Michael Gould of Yardley, Pa along with three grandchildren Stephanie, Zaine and Michael Paul II. He is also survived by his brother Paul and sister-in-law Loretta Rozick of Levittown, Pa along with several loving nieces, nephews and cousins. A graduate of Donora High School, he proudly served in the United States Air Force military police where he earned many commendations. Upon leaving the military, he worked at American Bridge, U.S. Steel, Armour and Sons Electric and Dick's Sporting Goods. A certified electrician for over 30 years, he taught electrical wiring at Bucks County Technical School in Fairless Hills, Pa. He was a well-regarded football coach for both Saint Frances Cabrini , Fairless Hills, Pa and Saint Joseph the Worker, Fallsington, PA. . He was also a two-term President of the Fairless Hills Little League Association. He was a proud member of the Falls Township American Legion Post 834 of Fallsington, PA. A devoted Catholic, he was a man of great wit and charm. He believed strongly in the power of positive thinking. His warm smile always filled the room with happiness. His laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever. An avid golfer, he enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on the course and always cherished his time with his grandchildren. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 7 until 9 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills followed by interment at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery at 830 Highland Road, Newtown Pa.
