Edmund J. Lipinski

Edmund J. Lipinski of Levittown passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at his home. He was 81.Born in Swoyersville Township, PA, Mr. Lipinski has resided in Levittown since 1963 and was a member of St. Michael the Archangel parish.Mr. Lipinski worked for Okonite Cable Company in New Brunswick, NJ for over 40 years until retiring in 1998.Edmund loved going to My Brother's Pub in Levittown where he enjoyed shooting pool and darts. He also was an avid sports fan, especially the Philadelphia Eagles.Beloved husband of the late Georgia, Mr. Lipinski was the loving father of Edmund J. Lipinski Jr. (Christine) and Susan Golebiewski (Thomas).He was the devoted grandfather of Edmund R. (Kendall), Samantha and William Lipinski, Holly Hood (Nik) and Thomas Golebiewski Jr. and great grandfather of Lacey, Edmund, Colton, Brennen and Aubrey.Edmund will also be missed by his brother, Butch Lipinski; several nieces, nephews and devoted friends.Family and friends may call from 1 until 3 p.m. on Friday, January 4 at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his memorial service will be held at 3 p.m.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
