Charlotte C. Kubis

Charlotte C. Kubis of Levittown died on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was 81. Born and raised in Trenton, she was a graduate of Trenton High School. Charlotte has been a resident of Levittown for 50 years, having lived there since 1963. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church. An avid sports fan, she loved the Phillies, the Eagles and the Flyers. The biggest enjoyment in Charlotte's life was the love of her family, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late John V. Kubis and mother of the late Donna L. Dickey, she is survived by her children Debbie Eidson (George), Jack, Jill Stinson (John), Jim and Donald (Rebecca), twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Charlotte was preceded in death by her brother Frank Petonyak and will be sadly missed by her brother Jim (Diane) Petonyak and her sister Dolores (Bill) Lucas. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 am at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 9172 New Falls Road, Fallsington, PA 19054. Rite of Committal will follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Trenton, NJ.
