Carolyn Elizabeth Kilmer

Carolyn Elizabeth Kilmer, age 70, of Fallsington, died on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at her home. Born in Trenton, NJ., Mrs. Kilmer has been a lifelong Bucks County resident. She worked as an office manager at Baker Sheet Metal for nearly 30 years until her retirement. Mrs. Kilmer was quite involved in flower arranging, crafts and needlework. She loved to travel, especially to Duck, N.C. and Florida, where she was a member of the Pelican Isle Yacht Club in Naples. Beloved wife of 50 years to Grover C. "Skip" Kilmer, she was the loving mother of Christopher J. Kilmer and his wife Maria, and Gregory M. Kilmer and his wife Danielle. Mrs. Kilmer will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Christopher, Jr., G. Michael, Jr., Kyle, Chase, Jacob, Alexander, Jenna, Robert, Marissa and Brianna; her great grandchildren Kylie and Arianna; her siblings Christine A. White, Bette M. Crane and John A. Crane; her mother-in-law Betty E. Kilmer; her sisters-in-law Rita McDonald and Elizabeth Ronky; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kilmer was preceded in death by her parents Harriett E. and Warren E. Crane, Sr. and her brother Warren E. Crane, Jr. Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 pm, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. 2200 Trenton Rd. Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 7:30 pm. Interment will be private.
