Barbara was predeceased by her devoted husband, Edward; her brother, Robert Garrison; and great-granddaughter Shelby.
Barbara is survived by her daughters Sandy Coleman (Randy Myers) and Sharon Toto (Joe); their sons Scott Moyer (Sharon); and Steven Moyer (Noreen); as well as her 7 grandchildren: Jeffrey (Nikki Cordero), Marisa, Emily, Garrison, Mason, Clare, and Isabella
Barbara graduated from Upper Dublin high school in 1953 and shortly thereafter met Edward. He built their Penndel home where they would reside for the remainder of their lives. Barbara loved her family and dedicated her time as a homemaker. The Moyer family spent summer vacations at Seabreeze looking for arrowheads. She also took delight in discovering and sharing her family ancestry.
Barbara enjoyed traveling and had a variety of travels across the US to Canada, Alaska, Mediterranean and as far as Hong Kong. She shared her creative gifts with The Mummers as a makeup artist for twenty years. Barbara will be dearly missed by those who were lucky in life to have known her.
Please join family and friends at a visitation for Barbara held Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056. A funeral service will begin at 6:30 PM.
Interment will occur Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newtown, Pennsylvania 18940.
