Barbara Bove

Born in Scranton and raised in Trenton, Barbara graduated from Trenton High School in 1958.

Barbara married Charles V. Bove on January 16, 1960.

Barbara and Charles set out to raise a family and moved to Morrisville in 1963. Barb had a flair for the creative and artistic side of life and created many happy memories for her extended family with over the top holidays and celebrations. 

Barbara worked for the Morrisville School District, where she made many long lasting friends and provided love and concern for every student she worked with throughout her 17 years before retiring.

Barbara will be remembered as a very helpful and wonderful community member. 

Beloved wife of the late Charles, Barbara was the loving mother of Charles R. Bove, Lisa Bove-Markley (Adam) and Christopher Bove (Karen) and the devoted grandmother of Alyssa, Sarah, Paul Cody, Jacob, Alexandra, Natalie and Cate.

Born one of eight children, Barbara was was preceded in death by her siblings Mary Dill (Andrew), Harry, John (Delores) Victor (JoAnn) Olga Yuhas (Joe), baby Alex, and Joseph Kozack and is survived by her sister-in-law, Alma Kozack, Brother-in-Law Paul Osborne and Sister-in-Law Kathleen Greco along with many Cousins, Nephews and Nieces, who she loved deeply.

Services and interment will be delayed until a more appropriate time, where we can gather to celebrate her life.
