Anne Louise Steely

Born in Reading, PA, Anne has been a resident of Levittown for the past 57 years. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 30 years until retiring, where her empathetic and caring nature brought comfort to many.

Anne enjoyed going out to eat, traveling, and generously donating to her favorite charities. She was a devout member of The Immaculate Conception Church and loved all animals, her dogs in particular. Mostly she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially during the holidays.

Anne was the loving mother of Billy (Janine), Shelly, Pammy and Danny (Donna).

She was preceded in death by her grandson Phillip Ceriani and is survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Family and friends may call from 5 until 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 8th at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 9th at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Women's Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
