Billy Ray Jackson

Billy Ray Jackson, 87, formerly of Levelland passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in Tempe, AZ. He was born in Commerce, Texas, on May 8, 1930 to Bert Jackson and Iona Worley Jackson. Billy was the second youngest of nine children. He was raised in Levelland from the age of nine years old. He was married to Barbara Bennett on January 9, 2002. They were married for 15 years. Billy loved to hunt and fish, and occasionally fight, but above all he will be remembered for his quick wit and kidding. He is survived by his wife Barbara, his daughter Gladene Faulkner, his grandsons Clifton Ray Faulkner of Missouri and Russell Chris Faulkner of Del Rio, TX, his sister Jean, 88, of Charlotte, NC, 5 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
