Virginia Madlyn Bell

Ms. Bell was born in Pike County, Kentucky on April 8, 1949 to the late William Matthew Bell and Lillian Jane Tackett Bell.

Virginia worked as a CNA for Guardian and Harmony Home Health over the years. She had a booth at Whitnel Flea Market called “Skye and Pepper” where she sold all kinds of glassware, collectibles and many other things. She loved her pets, 2 dogs and 3 cats and enjoyed taking care of them.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sister and very best friend, Sherry Anders and husband Joe of the home. Virginia, Sherry and Joe were very close and took care of each other. Also surviving are numerous cousins and extended family members in Michigan.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Raby officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home.
