Mr. Stoker was born May 21, 1964 in Caldwell County to the late William Edward Stoker Sr and Birdie McRoberts Stoker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his late wife, Darlene Stoker, and a sister, Lillie Kathleen Stoker.
Timothy was a loving and dedicated husband and father. He was committed to his family and always had their well-being in mind. He was very involved in his community and committed to making it a better place to live, serving with Crime Stoppers, the Fraternal Order of the Police, the Shriners, and the Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed the outdoors and took every opportunity to fish, kayak, and camp with his family. He was also an avid woodworker and enjoyed spending his free time reading. He was a member of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club and an active member of Waterlife Church. He was a happy, funny, loving person and he will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Jodie Presnell Stoker, of the home, daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Stoker of King, NC, Lily Kathlene Stoker of Sylva, NC, sons, Josh Webb and wife Arevia, of Conover, NC, Jordan Webb and wife Bethany of Newton, NC, a brother, Eddie Stoker and wife Sharon of Lenoir, sisters, Sherry Austin and husband Gene of Granite Falls, Debbie Paisley and husband Joe of Lenoir and 2 grandchildren, Cody and Vayla Webb.
Also left to cherish his memory are several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Waterlife Church at 4:00 pm with Rev. Chris Eidse and Rev. Todd Braswell officiating. The family will receive friends for 2 hours prior to the service, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the church. Burial will take place at Blue Ridge Memorial Park in Lenoir at a later date.
