Timothy Eugene Curtis

Timothy Eugene Curtis, age 44, of Granite Falls, North Carolina passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023. Tim was born November 5, 1979 in Caldwell County to Vickie Curtis Gunter. Tim was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Barbara Carlton Curtis.

Tim was a dedicated son and friend to many, he never met a strange and he always saw the good in others. Tim was a christian and he loved his Lord. He loved getting a back scratch but sometimes, he only got a pat and a rub. He loved his cats, and was a very hard worker.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Vickie and Gary Gunter of Lenoir, maternal grandfather, Eugene Curtis, a sister, Heather King of Summerville, SC, two nephews, Ritchard HIckman and Joshuwa Shelton, both of Granite Falls, his lifelong friends, Stephanie and David Rhoton of Summerville, SC,Gina Howard Slusser and Scott Snyder of Granite Falls and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

A receiving of friends for Timothy will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home. Following the receiving of friends will be a celebration of life at 2:00 PM at Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home, 522 Wilkesboro Blvd SE, Lenoir, North Carolina with Rev. David Thomas officiating.
