Roger Jack Triplett

Mr. Triplett was born in Watauga County to the late Clyde and Edna Wheeler Triplett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lora Lucille Triplett Triplett.

Survivors include one son, Roger D. Triplett and wife Penny of Lenoir, NC; two grandchildren, Chad Triplett and wife Gina and their children, Madden and Jaci; Deanna Martinat and husband Ernest and their daughter, Kaylyn; three sisters, Alaine Watson, Clidia Griffies and husband Charles, and Linda Stewart and husband Jimmy all of Lenoir, NC.

A funeral service will be held for Mr. Triplett, Friday, August 27, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Temple Baptist Church with Reverend Kevin Broyhill and Reverend Joel Bixler officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 26, 2010 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Pendry’s Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Randy Stewart, Mark Pennell, Jonathan Pennell, Matthew Griffies, Edward Anders, and Lloyd Cornett.
