Robert Wayne Broach

Born on August 28, 1937, in Lenoir, NC, he was the son of the late Charles Wesley Broach and Linda Tolbert Quinn. He was the longtime manager of Krispy Kreme Donuts in Winston-Salem. North Carolina. He was also a faithful member of Union Baptist Church in Lenoir.

Mr. Broach was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Carol Ann Broach.

Robert is survived by his son Bryan Scott Broach of Hickory, NC; his daughter, Jacqueline Elaine Broach of Winston-Salem, NC (Jerry Chostner); three step-daughters, Tammy Gant, Melissa Smith, and Angie Sports; a brother Lewis T. Quinn (Alyce); and Uncles Thomas Broach (Margie) of Lenoir, NC and Ross Tolbert of Palm Springs, California.

The family of Mr. Broach will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Union Baptist Church, Lenoir, NC, with the Reverend Myron Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family of Mr. Broach requests that memorial contributions be made to Union Baptist Church, 4595 Union Baptist Road, Lenoir NC, 28645.
