Penny Lee Campbell

She was born on September 6, 1960 in Caldwell County, NC to David and Carleen Hatley Wood.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Eric Wood; infant brother, Kenneth James Baldwin and sister, Sherry Hoyle.

Ms. Campbell enjoyed cross stitching and gardening.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Jamie Lee Watson of Taylorsville; mother, Carleen Hatley Wood; father, David Wood of Lenoir and brother, David Lee Wood II.

Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren; Caleb Stiles of Granite Falls, Lillian Byerly of Hickory, Kane Stiles of Granite Falls, Trenton Parsons of Hickory, Megan Parsons of Hickory along with five great grandchildren.

A memorial service to honor Ms. Campbell will be held at Welcome Home Baptist Church in Lenoir on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Gyles Widener officiating. Burial will be held privately.
