Leo was born on September 3, 1977 in Olongapo City, Philippines to Rosalinda Wilson. He was preceded in death by two sisters Lalaine Acilo, Mimi Acilo.
Leo came to the United States on his 15th birthday in 1993. He learned his tattoo skills while incarcerated due to an unfortunate circumstance. This became one of his greatest blessings. He excelled in his creative artwork and in 2017, he achieved his lifelong dream of opening his own tattoo shop in Morganton, Art Dynasty Ink quickly reached a level of success that not even Leo had imagined possible. Leo, like many of us, wrestled personal demons daily, sometimes he won and sometimes, he did not.
