He was preceded in death by his maternal Great-Grandparents Gary and Shirlene Mathis, Great-GrandFather Lowell "Babe" Tester, his Grandfather Bobby Shuford, his paternal Great-GrandFather Harry Dula, and his Grandfather Antwon Chapman and his Great Uncle Henry (Hank) Tester.

He is survived by his Mother Bobbi Mathis, Father Shaitwon Chapman, his maternal Great Grandmothers Beulah Tester and Marilyn Stephens, Grandparents Renee and Shannon FIsher, his paternal Great-Grandmother Deborah Gray, Great-Grandfather Joey Gray, Great-Grandmother Althea Chapman, Grandmother Shante Gray (Jerry), Great Uncle Thomas Tester (Karen), Aunts and Uncles; Shannon Tester (Mike), Samantha Pitts (Jason), Sonya Pitts (Lawrence), Mystic Akers (Blake), Katie Ramsey (Isaiah), Zaria Wray, Jakayla Abernathy, Delorion "Prissy" Gray, Shannon Fisher ( Adriana), Olen Fisher, Jakobe Shuford, Bobby Shuford, Qudair "Tink" Lindsey, Jhaunte "Tay" Raymore, he has numerous cousins and other family and friends that loved him dearly.
