Dawn Lorraine Lampson

Born November 16, 1970, she was the daughter of Danny Lee Spears, Sr. of Hope Mills, NC and Teresa Westmoreland Spears of Winston Salem, NC.

She had been employed as a Medical Aide at Camelot Nursing Home.

Dawn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Duel Spears, Richard and Mary Westmoreland, and one brother, Danny Lee Spears, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory are her father, Danny Lee Spears, Sr. and his wife, Patricia Spears; her mother, Teresa Westmoreland Spears; her husband, James Richard Lampson, and two sons, Zachary Tyler Lampson and Kristofer Lee Lampson, all of Lenoir. She is also survived by her grandmother, Mary Spears, also of Lenoir.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Kincaid Cemetery on East Flat Church Road, Lenoir, NC at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Claude B. Suddreth officiating. The family will speak to friends and family following the service.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Caldwell County Hospice and Palliative Care 902 NW Kirkwood Street Lenoir, NC 28645 in Dawn’s name.
