April 8, 1959- May 17, 2017
Michael John Aguon peacefully returned to his Heavenly Home on May 17, 2017 surrounded by many loving family and friends at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him through his illness and ultimately gave him peace.
Michael was born on April 8, 1959 in Coronado, CA to the late Francisco Santos Aguon and the late Ana Reyes Aguon. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Enriqueta Reyes Aguon, Cecilia Aguon-Benson and brother Frank Joseph Aguon.
Michael worked many years in the Automotive Industry and with his numerous talents, considered himself to be, “A Jack of all Trades, Master of None.” Michael appreciated the simple things in life and believed in living each day to its fullest. Michael always found the good and worth in all people and was a living example of that goodness. He would remember your name after just one meeting, and left a positive and lasting impression on everyone he met. In his private life, Michael enjoyed the spontaneity of a road trip, camping, sports, music, and any television show related to history, nature, the ocean and cars.
