William R Stanfield "Billy", age 73, died peacefully, surrounded by his children, on January 20, 2024.
Billy was born on June 10, 1950 in Scottsboro, AL to RG "Buck" and Nina Standfield. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Jacksonville State University and later earned his master's from Samford University. Billy enjoyed spending time with his dog Tobi, his grandchildren Owen and Reid, listening to music and playing golf.
He was preceded in death by his parents Buck and Nina Stanfield, and sister, Diane. Billy is survived by his children; daughter, Jennifer Stanfield and son Taylor Stanfield (Morgan); grandchildren Owen and Reid.
Billy will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
