Mr. Horsley was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Ruth Horsley.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Christine Horsley, daughters, Sandra Michelle and spouse Phillip Phillips, Kirby Shea Skinner and spouse, Rusty Skinner, parents, Garvin Clarence Horsley (Sonny), Bobbie Ruth Horsley, sisters, Barbara Walden, Brenda Haynes, Laura Harris, Patsy Banks, Sheila Shockley, Bonnie White, brothers, Bobby Lynn Horsley, Donald Joe Horsley, grandchildren, Michael Dewayne Phillips and Krisandra LaShea Phillips (Krissy).
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Dunnavant Cemetery.
