Rita Owens, age 72, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2022. Rita was born January 13, 1950. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Travis Owens; daughter, Wendy (Phillip) Lawless; step-son, Craig Owens; step-daughter, Diane Owens; sister, Cathy Wiley; grandson, Alex Lawless and 6 step-grandchildren; 4 step great-grandchildren. She enjoyed working with her elderly patients and was a hairdresser for over 40 years. A visitation will be held on Friday July, 22, 2022 from 9:00-11:00 AM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a service to follow at 11:00AM.
