Ma Del Carmen Hernandez, 62 of Trussville, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her husband, Simon Hernandez, daughters, Juanita Hernandez, Maria Hernandez (Bernardino), Carmen Mata (Julio), Christina Hernandez (Hugo), sons, Omar Hernandez, Lorenzo Hernandez (Yolanda), Jose Hernandez (Karina). Also by her grandchildren, Yair Cabrera, Elijah Hernandez, Hector Hernandez, Cesar Mata, Angeli Mata, Natalie Cabrera, and Mateo Cabrera. Visitation will be Sunday, June 28, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road, Leeds, Alabama 35094. The funeral service will be Monday June 29, 2020 beginning at 12:00 Noon at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 4600 Preserve Parkway Hoover, Alabama 35226 with burial to follow Forest Crest Cemetery, Irondale, Alabama.
