K Collins Meekins, age 82, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. K is preceded in death by her parents, James and Katherine Collins, husband, Ned Meekins. K is survived by her daughters, Leigh Meekins and Shannon (Kerry) O’Barr; grandchildren, Kimberlea Hood and Edward Cole; great-grandchild, Jade Hood; sisters, Becky (Ray) Prescott, Joe Moore, and Jayne (Jim) Pool; brother, Jimmy (Annette) Collins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 17th 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a visitation to follow.
