Howard, Julius A. age 90 of Leeds passed away June 13, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife Evie “Beth” Howard and retired from the Railroad and the City of Leeds (Civic Center). He was also a US Army Veteran. Funeral services will be held Monday June 17, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the chapel at Kilgroe Funeral Home – Leeds. The family will receive friends on Monday June 17, 2019 from 1-2. Burial will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Survivors include 1 brother Wayne Howard (Faye) Special nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
