Jimmy G. Duren

He was preceded in death by his parents, R. W. and Flossie Duren, granddaughter, Whitney Wise, 1 brother and 3 sisters.

Mr. Duren is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty Nail Duren, son, Jamie Duren (Pat), daughter, Lisa McIntyre (Ken), grandchildren, Meghan Duren, Ashley King (Tyler), Christopher McIntyre (Catherine), Kevin McIntyre and his girlfriend Heather Shaw, great grandchildren, Jackson McIntyre, Jordyn Blunt and brother, Bob Duren (Dale).

He retired from Ala Highway Dept. with 39 years of service.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in his memory to American Cancer Society.

The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11 AM at Cool Springs Cemetery in Ashville, AL.
