Jimmie Lou Blankenship

Jimmie Lou Blankenship, age 82, of Odenville, Alabama passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023. She is preceded in death by her mother, Ogie Lee Henderson; father, Thomas Richard Henderson; husband, James Richard Blankenship; son, Robert Gary Blankenship and brother, Tommy Lee Henderson.

Jimmie Lou is survived by her daughter, Vickie Roden; grandchildren, Samantha Davis (Josh), Bobby Roden (Brittini), Danny Roden (Heather), Chad Blankenship (Ashley), Chase Blankenship (Christy), and Jon Rape (Tara); great grandchildren, Austin Raymond, Aydan, Casey, and Amelia Davis, Brooklin and Brynlee Roden, Hailey, Brodie and Hazel Grace Roden, Justin and Dalton Rape; sister, Peggy Vann (Frank); aunt, Doris Barnes and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Low Gap Methodist Church from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Low Gap Methodist Church beginning at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Low Gap Cemetery.
