Helen Loran Murphy (99) of Leeds, Alabama went to be with the Lord on Thursday August 18, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Murphy; sisters, Doris Poe, Jean Hollis, Myrtle Moss, Arlene Bowman, and Molly Williams; brothers, Hugh Taylor, Dick Taylor and Bill Taylor. She is survived by her son, Lee (Paula) Weldon; grandchildren, Misty (John) Campbell, Trey Adams and Sarah Weldon, Derrick Weldon and Hannah Weldon; great-grandchildren, Kadie Campbell, MaKayla Campbell. A host of nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Affinity Hospice in Pell City, Alabama, Odenville Police and Fire Department and Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama. A Visitation will be held on Monday August 22, 2022 from 11:00-1:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Al with a service to follow at 1:00PM. Burial will be at Dunnavant Community Cemetery.
