Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Franklin and was employed by the City of Leeds for over 25 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Keplinger; sons, Joe Franklin, Gary Franklin; sister, Gussie Ritchey; brother, Joe Caldwell; grandchildren, Derrick Keplinger, Shelly Butler, Brianna Varner, Dustin Franklin, Jackson Franklin and great grandchild, Reese Butler.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds beginning at 1PM with Funeral Services at 2PM from Kilgroe Leeds Chapel and burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
