Elige "Preacher" "Moose" Isbell Jr., age 93, of Vandiver, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Elige is preceded in death by his parents, Lige Isbell and Lilly May Castleberry Isbell; sons, Ellis Delane Isbell and James Michael Isbell. Elige is survived by his wife, Glenda Isbell; daughters, Darlene Price, Renae Rice, Susan (Bill) Freeman; sons, Kenny (Darlene) Isbell and Chad (Felicia) Shaw; 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday October 9, 2023 at 2:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama. A Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery.
