Charley had a huge influence on me as a teenage kid. He was like a big brother and was a dear friend to the entire family. He is sorely missed!

Mr Charlie, I regret not getting to talk to you longer. You & Ms Hazel always had me laughing. Sorry for spoiling your anniversary present. Praying for sweet Ms Hazel & all your other family members that I know are broken-hearted. Rest In Peace & Thank you for your Service.

To the best neighbor I ever had!!!! He was always there when I needed him!! Also loved being on his porch having a smoke and watching our other neighbors speed up n down the road. We will love you and miss you.

First met Charlie with Ricky Newton having coffee at the Waffel House, over 7 yrs ago, was a very fun guy to be around especially when him and Ricky would start on each other. I know he will be missed,

I will always remember Charles Brasher as my Uncle Charlie  :) He was a close family friend and so it was only natural for me to call him my uncle . I will miss him so much . I remember him calling me his little orange stealer because I always had one of his oranges whether he had one on him or at his house . I so wanted my daughter to have this wonderful man in her life but I understand that was not God's will . I will miss you Uncle Charlie , I love you !

Uncle Charlie has been in my life for nearly 35 years. He was a friend of the family. He wasn't just an uncle but he was like a father to me. He was my hero in every way. We were like a peas in a pond. He was always an awesome man with a humble beautiful soul u will ever meet. He was the greatest pawpaw Bebop to my boys and couldn't ask for a better role model for me and the boys. U will be sorely missed and we love u dearly..U meant the world to us.

We're all going to miss you.  Your big heart and smiling face always brought comfort to those who needed it.  You were always there when we needed you and you never complained.  You always apologized a million times if something kept you from being there, even if you were the one in need.  You were a true friend and patriot.

Rest in peace Big C, You and I had lots of laugh and miles on the road together as Bus drivers back in the day. I'll miss you Big Brother.

Charlie and I worked together from the late 80's thru the 90's driving charter busses all over the country. I hated when a trip came up and we didn't run together, because he always kept us laughing about something. Charlie I will truly truly miss you as a friend coworker. Rest in peace Big C.

We will always remember Charlie as fun loving, always cheerful and the many nights of playing Uno at Nannies house. Charlie and Hazel will always be part of our family. We will miss him greatly.

Charlie was the first to welcome us to the neighborhood. He was always there to help and be a friend. Michele and I are very fortunate to have had our lives touched by such a good man. His soul was pure and we will miss him.

Friends made late in life are often short. My friendship with Charlie added a smile to my life. I will think of him often as a kind and happy person.

Charlie was my first friend when I moved to Odenville. Since then, he & Hazel have become two of my dearest friends. I will miss him so much.

I will miss honking the horn of my truck at you on your porch every morning as I pass by on the way to work. You are a good man, Mr. Charlie and you will be missed by all.
