I just found out about Mike today. Not being in the business I unfortunately do not always stay current with the news concerning the people and industry. I have known the Minor family for over 40 years. While we may not have kept in touch I always have had nothing but good thoughts and many good memories of Mike and his family. As already written, Mike was always a fun person to be around with his humor and huge smile. My prayers are with his family, Betty and Tim. May God's Grace continue to give you peace and comfort and the peace of mind that one day we will be with all of loved ones again in eternity.

So sorry to hear about Mike---I have know him in the grocery business for several years and always enjoyed seeing him and his great fun-loving attitude...We will miss him out here "on the trade."

I've known Mike through the food industry for over 30 years and I can't recall a time he didn't have a smile on his face or have an amusing story to tell.  He was a joy to be around and he will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Brenda, We were so shocked to hear the news about Mike. While only being in his company a time or two, his smile and sense of humor were infectious.  I'm sorry your time together has been cut so short. My heart goes out to you and your families during this difficult time.

I was heartbroken to hear the news about Mike. He will be missed at the upcoming food show. We could always count on Mike to come by our booth to make us all laugh! He made a long day a lot easier to deal with.

On our visits to Birmingham growing up, Mike and Tim Minor were our favorites.  My aunt lived right next door to them, and several times a year, we would get to play ball, swap trading cards, or whatever, with them.  In later years we would often run into Mike and Tim at Legion Field after an Iron Bowl, and we would all relish an Auburn victory.  Most recently, we would see Mike in various stores around town setting his displays.  We will miss him, and wish peace to him and his family.
