Betty Elliott

Elliott, Mary Elizabeth "Betty", age 97, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022. Betty was born November 26, 1924. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Roscoe Lyman Elliott; parents, C.F. and Lou Taylor; siblings, Ellis Taylor, Richard Taylor, J.L. Taylor, Doug Taylor and Jack Taylor.

Betty is survived by her daughters, Donna Elkins (John) and Patty Tice (Tim); sons, Bill Elliott (Mary) and Dale Elliott; grandchildren, Adam Tice, Jill Murphy (Brian), Reid Elkins (Lori Ann), Katie Corley (Alex), Sam Elliott, Chase Elliott, Jackson Elliott and Maria Elliott; great grandchildren, Charlotte Elizabeth Corley, Naomi Elizabeth Murphy and Jonathan Jett Elkins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Leeds, AL.
