Barbara Ann Hess, age 80 of Moody, Alabama passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Harvey Hess, Jr.; parents, Thelma Beatrice Hester Hurston and Belton Hurston. Mrs. Hess is survived by her son, Gerald Randall Rigsby, Jr., (Elizabeth Ann), grandson, Ryan Mitchell Rigsby (Laura), and six great grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Hess will be Friday, November 10, 2023 with the visitation from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road Leeds, Alabama. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM at Forest Crest Cemetery in Irondale, Alabama. Services directed by Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds, Alabama.
