Mary Norah McAuley

November 18, 1925 - July 9, 2015

On Thursday, July 9, 2015, Norah died peacefully, surrounded by her family.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children; sons, Court (Wendy), Malcolm (Donna); daughters, Donnell (Neil) Matter, Jamie (Jack) Lain, Maureen (Don) Quist, Brenda (Kevin) George; grandchildren, Erin, Trevor, Ryan, Chantz, Dana, Courtney, Niall, Kristie, Connor, Kaitlyn, Dylan, Carly, Ethan, Jacob, Sterling, Quentin, Darby, Paul, Jenelle and Brittany; 17 great grand children; sisters, Patsy (Jim) and Brenda Ann "Honey" (Jerry); brothers, Ted (Adeline), Terry (Bernie); sisters-in-law, Frances Mullen, Joan Rutherford and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by the love of her life, Donald; an infant son, Joseph; parents, Edward and Muriel Mullen; sister, Kathleen and brother Joseph.

The family would like to extend their thanks to Hanna Handreka and all of the caring nursing staff at Laurier House in Sherwood Park. A special thank you to Dr. Trent Dusang for his love and support.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 5105-45A Street, Leduc.

Private interment will be conducted at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated to Laurier House Strathcona (Recreation Fund), 12 Brower Drive, Sherwood Park.Expressions of sympathy can be forwarded to the family via the website, www.hainstockedmonton.com
